Drew Wilkens is the Founder and President of Wilkens Consulting Group, where he partners with financial institutions and industry organizations to develop leaders, strengthen management capability, and drive strategic execution. He currently works with the Washington Bankers Association (WBA), designing and facilitating the Management Development Program and Retail Branch Manager Development Program.

Drew brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in community banking. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects at SaviBank, leading enterprise-wide initiatives and organizational improvements. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years at Bank of the Pacific, where he held the role of Executive Vice President, overseeing mortgage, retail, and business banking operations.

He earned his Banking Degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2011 and subsequently served as a Strategic Advisor to the program for more than eight years. Drew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Washington University, where he continues to serve as an instructor in the College of Business and Economics, teaching undergraduate courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, Project Management, and Leadership.
